Denver, CO—USA Millwork says that in November it began renaming its five subsidiary companies, including those with well-known architectural woodworking names like Mission Bell and O’Keefe, to better incorporate its national brand.
USA Millwork was founded in 2017 with the purchase of four regional leaders in millwork and case goods. The consolidated company provides planning-to-completion services for complex, large-scale projects across the country in a variety of building projects including corporate, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, government, retail and multi-family.
The USA Millwork portfolio includes Cabinets by Design (Georgia), Freelance Millwork (Colorado), IBS Millwork (Virginia), Mission Bell (California) and O’Keefe Millwork (Wisconsin). Under the rebrand, the locally recognized names like O’Keefe Millwork and IBS Millwork are updated to refer to the business’s locale.
With company headquarters located in Denver, its renamed operating companies now include USA Millwork Denver (Formally Freelance Millwork), USA Millwork Great Lakes (Formally O’Keefe Millwork), USA Millwork Atlanta (Formally Cabinets By Design), USA Millwork DC (Formally IBS Millwork), and USA Millwork Mission Bell (Formally Mission Bell Manufacturing) .
Each of the operating companies are premier Architectural Woodworking Institute (AWI)-certified suppliers that provide products and services for large-scale, custom millwork projects. A focus on providing turnkey solutions through client collaboration and an expansive network of suppliers ensures a reliable and exceptional result on every project.
USA Millwork companies provide project-to-completion services in a variety of industries including hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, corporate space, retail, and multi-family. Our uncompromising commitment to delivering premium craftsmanship and exceptional customer service is the foundation that ensures successful project execution. The companies offer products — including Division 12 casework — and services that it says exceed industry standards.
