Hotel Information
Registration for IWF 2024 is required to book rooms in the IWF Official Hotel Block and reservations can be made as part of the registration process. IWF has contracted with 28 hotels in the Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead areas for some of the best rates on the market. Booking in the IWF Hotel Block ensures you receive IWF’s low room rates and guarantees support from our official housing company Maritz Global Events before, during and after IWF 2024.
No deposit is necessary when booking your room through IWF. Hotel Cancellations policies are generally 72-hour notice, or one night’s rate and tax are charged. One night rate and tax charged for no-shows. Please review the cancellation policy of your hotel when reserving.
Names can be placed on a wait list for sold out hotels by emailing iwf.attendee@maritz.com. Names cannot be added to a waitlist prior to registering. No Attendee hotel reservations will be made prior to registration opening on February 19th.
Beware of Housing Pirates
Maritz Global Events is the only official housing partner for IWF. Housing companies contacting you pretending or implying to represent IWF with “too good to be true” deals may not be legitimate and/or may carry hidden risks and fees. Please review this limited list of Unauthorized Housing Companies.

Travel, Transportation and Parking
IWF is held at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) in Atlanta, Georgia. Getting to the show is a breeze with the variety of travel and transportation options that are offered in the Atlanta area. IWF has also partnered with several travel companions to offer discounts and deals for attendees of the show.
IWF Hotel Shuttle Schedule
IWF will operate complimentary shuttle services between designated hotels in downtown and midtown and the Georgia World Congress Center. Schedule coming soon!
Attendee Parking at the GWCC
Lots & Decks
The Georgia World Congress Center offers three surface lots and four parking decks. All lots are gated, and attendants are on duty during all show/event hours. GWCC Department of Public Safety officers patrol the lots and decks, ensuring the safety of you and your vehicle.

- Daily purchase parking rate at point of entry: $20 (does not include fees)
- Cashless payment only: GWCC parking facilities do not accept cash
- Multi-day pre-purchase parking packages also available for move-in, move-out and show days
Marshalling Yard
GWCC offers an on-site, 540,000-sq.ft. marshalling yard on Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. (adjacent to the Yellow Lot), which will accommodate larger trucks, trailers and overnight parking. The marshalling yard is patrolled 24 hours a day by GWCC Public Safety officers to ensure safe access to and from the facility during the show.

IWF 2024 Delta® Discounts
Delta® Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounts for IWF 2024.
You may also call Delta Meeting Network® at 1.800.328.1111* Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (EST) and refer to Meeting Event Code NM33Q. *Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via our reservation 800 number.
MARTA Public Transportation System
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta’s public transportation system comprising a bus and rail system that connects all parts of Atlanta. A single $2.50 fare covers one-way bus or train trips, including transfers. The GWCC is MARTA-accessible at two stations.

Atlanta Streetcar
Attendees staying in the downtown area can board the Streetcar at one of the 12 stops along the route to get to restaurants, hotels and other local attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park by the GWCC. Visit the streetcar website for fare, schedule, and safety information. You’ll also find a list of things to see and do in Downtown Atlanta that are easily accessible from the Atlanta Streetcar.
