ASHLAND, AL – As Clay County’s unemployment rate continues to hover around a historic-low 3.5 percent, Tru Cabinetry remains an employer of choice for many in the heart of east Alabama.
Rebranding and expansion efforts over the past several years have served Tru Cabinetry
well. Our growth rate is three times the market average, and that’s a testament to our
strong team reputation and our push to expand our quality products into new territories
across the country.
We are expanding our door plant and finishing operation early this year to account for
continued strong growth. To keep up with that demand, we are hiring production
managers, accounting professionals, administrative support, and production employees.
While employee retention can be difficult at times, Tru Cabinetry employees recognize
the value of our culture and benefits.
“We are proud to play such an important role in the area’s low unemployment rate,” said
company president Butch Reimer. “As our facilities have expanded and our product
reach has grown tremendously, we have been able to hire and retain some of the area’s
best employees. Our company’s success is only possible through the efforts of our team
members, and we pride ourselves on being able to provide Clay County workers with a
stable, friendly work environment with an equal opportunity for growth.”
