Tailored Living Splits into Separate Franchises for Closets and Garages

Irvine, CA—Home Franchise Concepts rebranded its Tailored Living® featuring PremierGarage® into two home improvement brands and separate franchises—The Tailored Closet™ and PremierGarage®. The two offerings had been marketed as a single franchise.

The intention behind the brand separation is to provide a focused approach to each brand’s product line and create a more powerful customer experience, according to Heather Nykolaychuk, Brand President of Organized Spaces, LLC, the unit of Home Franchise Concepts that operates the two franchises. HFC is part of JM Family Holdings & Services, a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with $18 billion in revenue and more than 5,000 associates.

The two franchises will offer unique product lines and services. The Tailored Closet, founded in 2006, designs custom whole home organizational solutions, including closet systems, pantries, laundry rooms, entryways, home offices, and more. PremierGarage is the expert in premium total garage optimization that increases functionality, flexibility, and design.

“Our PremierGarage experts are leaders in providing customized solutions for the garage all the way from flooring to cabinetry,” says Nykolaychuk.
