Brown Wood Products Acquires Industrial Wood Products

Brown Wood Products Co. acquired the assets of Industrial Wood Products Inc., Windsor, CT.

A supplier of custom wood components to OEM manufacturers, Industrial Wood Products had $6.5 million in revenue and employed 32, according to Kona Equity. The transaction was announced July 1.

This marks the second acquisition for Brown Wood, Inc., which in 2019 acquired Good Wood, Inc., a supplier of small diameter turnings to the hobby and craft market. With the acquisition of Industrial Wood Products, Brown Wood further cements it’s roll as a single source supplier for both American-made custom wood components and commodity imported wood parts.
