In 2014, he added the role of Conference Program Manager for Cabinets & Closets Expo, and WMS the Toronto Woodworking Machinery & Supply Expo. Also during that period he regularly developed Symposiums for each IWF Educational Conference.
Following his retirement in 2018, Esler developed the program for the Executive Briefing Conference, EBC 2019, for CCI Media.
