SpoilTiles Spoilboard System Debuts at IWF 2022

All Star CNC Products, from Grass Valley, CA, will be debuting their newest product at IWF 2022. The new “SpoilTiles” are intended for any shop that is utilizing vacuum work-hold on their CNC routers.

In order to cut parts fast and efficiently on a CNC router, parts need to be held firmly in place. Companies that get poor vacuum performance often relay on tricks to keep their parts from shifting, moving or vibrating.

SpoilTiles both prevent leak, as well as create seal—the two things that improve the ability to produce an air-tight clamp on the part. There are no other such options available in the market. The fact that they are in Tile form, customers can use/reuse/remove/replace as needed.
