Vint Hill, VA—This coming October, Krautzberger (IWF Booth BC1025) prepares for a monumental 120-year anniversary, all thanks to the innovations of the company’s founder. On October 9th, 1902, Albert Krautzberger applied for a patent detailing a spray system utilizing compressed air, and with that, he laid the foundation of Krautzberger GmbH. Albert Krautzberger’s invention made it possible to achieve a significant simplification in the day-to-day use of the devices through the inevitable connection of air and paint. Even today, the vast majority of compressed air spray guns use the system developed by him. Through continued innovative research and development, Krautzberger consistently offers reliable solutions for high quality finished surfaces.
Today, Krautzberger is a medium-sized family business with locations in 60 countries and is one of the leading industrial companies specializing in surface technology. The headquarters, including the Technical Canter, are both located in Eltville, Germany, while the North American office is in Vint Hill, Virginia. A family-owned business from the start, Krautzberger is currently managed by the 4th generation.
Krautzberger is introducing a new generation Mikro sprayer, the Mikro XS. Its patent-pending technology controls pre-air. It also has a reduced needle diameter, 60 percent higher air output, and offers the company’s fastest cycle times and the greatest possible switching performance.
