Atlanta, GA—IWF Woodworking Influencers Lounge (Booth A10620) sponsored by Shaper Tools, will see more than two dozen of the most popular online personalities drawing hundreds of shop owners and many industry managers and operations professionals who follow them on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
All exhibitors will benefit from the traffic “halo effect” of these online woodworking stars in advance of IWF 2022, as they network online with their fans. Tap into this new IWF initiative by reaching out to your customers and prospects through social media in advance of the show. And don’t forget to include our hashtag everywhere: #IWF2022.
So what is a “woodworking influencer?” They are professional furniture and cabinet builders who share their expertise and process discoveries with their peers online. They are an important force in communicating trends in technology, tools, materials, and techniques for producing furniture, cabinetry, and casegoods to hundreds of thousands of woodworking professionals.
Examples abound. Colonial Saw/Lamello (Booths B5542-45) will host Keith Johnson. Known online as KJ Sawdust, Johnson will also make an appearance at the Influencers Lounge during the show. Likewise Alabama Woodworker (Huy Huynh) and NolanBuilt (Nolan Thompson), who will appear at the Pantorouter exhibit (Booth A10819), and also make a scheduled appearance at the Influencers Lounge. And of course, sponsor Shaper will have a half-dozen influencers doing demos at its booth and making appearances in the Influencers Lounge.
The IWF Woodworking Influencers Lounge will serve as a gathering spot for woodworking social media personalities to meet with their thousands of fans during the show.
