The IWF 2026 Seniority Housing Request Process for contracted exhibitors will begin January 13, 2026.
Start your preparations now by reviewing the list of officially contracted hotels. Get a shortlist of your top 5 hotels choices ready for January so your housing request will go smoothly!
**Hotel rates do not include taxes or fees, currently 16.9% plus $5.00 fee per night.**

To enter the lottery for rooms at one of these hotels, complete the Housing Lottery form and return it to IWF by December 12, 2025.
Please Note: If your company is drawn for rooms in the lottery, you will not participate in the Seniority Housing Process.
