Denton, TX—National Millwork, Inc., a commercial and residential, door, hardware, trim, and specialties manufacturer/distributor/contractor, acquired Elite Door and Trim in Denton, TX.
“Acquiring Elite Door and Trim represents a strategic growth step for National Millwork,” says Otto Nonnenmann, CEO of National Millwork, “Elite will immediately have access to all of the manufacturing resources of National, and we plan to add manufacturing capability in Texas within the next year.”
Elite currently operates predominantly in Texas and has a healthy project back-log. With the acquisition National Millwork should be able to obtain contracts in approximately 60 percent of the U.S.
“Our objective is to significantly increase the revenue of Elite,” says Nonnenmann, “We project that the combined revenue of National Millwork and Elite should double between 2015 and 2016.”
“National Millwork will be retaining the current staff at Elite and has hired a management team from Nevada to relocate to Texas and help with the acquisition,” says Michael Bosco, COO of National Millwork, “We are also thrilled that Wayne Beeler, CEO of Elite, will continue as part of our executive management team.”
National Millwork Inc. is a commercial and residential, door, hardware, trim and specialties manufacturer, distributor and contractor. The company supplies and installs hollow metal doors and frames, exterior and interior metal, wood, MDF (medium density fiberboard) and fiberglass pre hung doors, commercial and residential door hardware, interior trim and moldings, bathroom accessories, postal specialties, fire specialties, and closet shelving. The company’s customers are general contractors who build for third party developers and developer contracts who own develop and build for their own account.
Approximately 55 percent of revenues are generated by developers. Its millwork customers build new or rehab projects which include residential rental and condominium communities and buildings, commercial office facilities, mixed use projects which include both commercial and residential space, hospitality projects such as hotels, educational facilities primarily student housing, health care and patient facilities such as assisted living facilities and single family residential communities.
