Bristol, IN—Panel and component supplier MJB Wood announced it will build a flagship distribution center near Bristol, IN. The 500,000-sq.-ft. facility is intended to support the needs of the RV Industry today, and well into the future, the company says.
The building design will improve the efficiency of inbound and outbound freight. These accommodations will allow MJB Wood to deliver more freight on time, while respecting the tight receiving window of its customer base. Once in the new building we will be expanding our receiving hours to support the increasing needs of a vibrant RV Industry.
MJB Wood says 100,000-sq.-ft. will be dedicated to fabrication services, comparable to those provided at its Texas location (above), with capabilities to include:
• Cut to Size, Multi Rip Saws, Book Saws
• Shapers
• Moulders
• CNC
• Packaging
• Kitting
• Light Assembly
Targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2022, MJB Wood says the expansion will provide new employment opportunities, as well as opportunity for professional development.
