Registration & Housing
Hotel Rooms, Badges, Guest Passes, Visa Invitation Letters
Exhibitor Housing & Registration is managed online through your Exhibitor Dashboard ONLY.
Letters of invitation to obtain travel visas are offered through the IWF 2022 badge registration process. You must first register for a badge in order to request your letter of invitation. Registration opens November 9, 2021.
Visit our Visa Page for helpful links to start your visa application and view tips on your application. Letter of Invitation request forms will be made available in early January 2022 once registration for IWF 2022 has opened.
The arrival of freight and installation of exhibits will take place shown on the Assigned Move-in/Move-Out Schedules. Exhibitor’s specific assigned date is shown on the floor plans linked below.
The Exhibitor Dashboard is where you can access all of the services and information related to exhibiting at IWF 2022 online. Review, submit and upload your company description and product categories for the online exhibitor directory to help drive business to your booth. You can also receive reminders about important dates, register your booth personnel, make booth payments online, order show services and order lead retrieval, and access the online Exhibitor Services Manual.
Beginning Fall 2021, you will receive a bi-monthly e-newsletter from The International Woodworking Fair, which will provide information on exhibitor services, upcoming deadlines and marketing programs for IWF 2022.
Display Rules & Regulations were revised to allow cubic content for display materials. Booth Designs must be approved by JP Roberts at email@example.com two months prior to your assigned freight arrival.
IWF will provide temporary meeting room set-up for private business, staff or hospitality events for Exhibitors at the Georgia World Congress Center. Meeting rooms cannot be used a replacement for exhibit space and customers should not be leaving the exhibit floor for meetings. Cost to reserve a meeting room space is determined upon receiving application.
