Housing companies contacting you pretending or implying to represent IWF with “too good to be true” deals may not be legitimate and/or may carry hidden risks and fees. A limited list of unauthorized housing companies can be found here.

Letters of invitation to obtain travel visas are offered through the IWF 2022 badge registration process. You must first register for a badge in order to request your letter of invitation. Registration is now open. Click here to access your registration portal.

Visa Information:

• The letter of invitation for the visa process is an electronic letter that can be requested during the IWF 2022 badge
  registration process that will be emailed immediately after the registration is completed.
• Once you have received your letter(s), contact the U.S. Embassy nearest you on applying for your visa. For more information,

Maritz Global Events is the official registration and lead management provider for International Woodworking Fair 2022.

Every International Woodworking Fair 2022 attendee will have a badge containing complete contact information (name, title, address, etc.) plus additional qualifying demographic data. When you read the badge with the Maritz Global Events system in your booth, you immediately capture the prospect’s information.

Display Rules & Regulations were revised to allow cubic content for display materials. Booth Designs must be approved by JP Roberts at jp@iwfatlanta.com two months prior to your assigned freight arrival.

2022 Display Rules & Regulations

IWF will provide temporary meeting room set-up for private business, staff or hospitality events for Exhibitors at the Georgia World Congress Center. Meeting rooms cannot be used a replacement for exhibit space and customers should not be leaving the exhibit floor for meetings. Cost to reserve a meeting room space is determined upon receiving application.

Meeting Room Rental & In-Booth Events Information

An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any company (other than the official contractor which is GES) that an Exhibitor hires to work in their booth inside the exhibit hall before, during or after the show. All EACs must be registered and approved by IWF.
