How to Prepare for IWF 2026

The Exhibitor Resource Center is where you can access all of the services and information related to exhibiting at IWF 2026 online. Review, submit, and upload your company description and product categories for the online exhibitor directory to help drive business to your booth. You can also receive reminders about important dates, register your booth personnel, make booth payments online, order show services and order lead retrieval, and access the online Exhibitor Services Manual.

Display Regulations allow cubic content for display materials. Booth Designs must be approved by JP Roberts at jp@iwfatlanta.com two months prior to your assigned freight arrival.

To request a Visa Invitation Letter NOW, please email ExhibitorServices@iwfatlanta.com. Once email request is received, we will send a form to complete with name, address, passport number, etc. Invitation letter(s) will be emailed back to the sender.
