  • Review the online floor plans closely before choosing booths.
  • Columns may be located in your booth selections. (Column Discount may apply and will be shown on your invoice once you accept your contract for space assignment.)
  • Booths outlined in RED have a low ceiling: the maximum height for machinery or display is 15’3” in these booths.
  • Please consider the column location and ceiling height before selecting booth spaces and submitting your application.

Application Process

  • Review the 2026 Display Regulations.
  • View the Exhibit Hall Floor Plans.
  • Click the “Apply for Space” button below to access the application, where you can provide your space requirements and preferences.
  • IWF will contact you by phone if we need to discuss your exhibit space options, or by email with your exhibit space assignment confirmation.
  • After you accept the terms and conditions of the IWF 2026 contract, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice.
  • No payment is required to reserve your space. The initial 10% plus $150.00 contract processing fee is due by May 27, 2025.
  • Your invoice will include applicable discounts.
  • Adjustments for column space will be applied once you accept your contract.

Booth Space Cost

Booth space cost for Returning Exhibitors is $18.25 per square foot. The invoice will include any Association discounts. Adjustments for column space will be applied once your initial deposit has been made. First payment is due May 27, 2025.
