Provide the amount of space you would like to reserve. Example: 200 sq. ft., 20 ft. frontage, 10 ft. depth

Booth Choices
List a minimum of four booth preferences in descending order (most preferred to least preferred).

To combine multiple booths into one space, put a ‘+’ between the numbers in the Booth Number field. (example: A10000 + A10002 + A10004)

Keep in mind these designated exhibit areas for machinery-oriented vs. supply/service-oriented booths

Review the exhibit hall floor plans closely before choosing booths. IWF will no longer allow machinery exhibits in Hall BC.

Columns may be located in your booth selections. (Column Discount may apply and will be shown on your invoice once you accept your contract for space assignment.)

Booths outlined in RED have a low ceiling: the maximum height for machinery or display is 15’3” in these booths.

Please consider the column location and ceiling height before selecting booth spaces and submitting your application.
