Boost Your IWF Experience by Using the My IWF Show Planner

Attending IWF has never been simpler. The My IWF Show Planner takes the guesswork out of planning your visit so you can make the most out of your time at the show.

Using your mobile device or computer, you can create a complimentary personalized IWF online planning and logistics tool called the My IWF Show Planner. Use this tool to search products, research and select exhibitors to visit, schedule meetings with exhibitors, share your agenda with colleagues, and develop a show itinerary to efficiently visit your must-see booths and IWF special events.

My IWF Show Planner will consolidate your selected exhibitors by location, so you can visit their booths efficiently. You can navigate via your phone or print out a map ahead of time. During the show, MyIWF Show Planner kiosks, located onsite near the exhibit hall entrances, are available to quickly look up a company or product.

How do I set up and build a My IWF Show Planner?

Setting up your My IWF Show Planner is quick and easy. Click on any of the “My IWF Show Planner” links on this page. Once you are on the homepage fill out your email and password and click on the “Log in/Sign Up” button. To build your planner, search exhibitors by name alphabetically, filter through the list of product categories or view the featured exhibitors. Once you’ve located your exhibitor(s) of interest, simply click on the + icon located the right of the exhibitors name within the exhibitor's listing.

I have a specific product category I'm interested in, can I add all the exhibitors included within that category?

Yes. On the main menu of the My IWF Show Planner, there is an item titled "Recommended Exhibitors" that will match exhibitors to the product categories that you select.

Can I make appointments with exhibitors before getting to the show?

Yes, you can contact exhibitors through their online showroom or floor plan via email and schedule a meeting at the show. Once you've scheduled your meeting, you can add it to My Event Calendar on your MyShow Planner.
