Wilsonart Fabricator University class curriculum focuses on providing the educational tools and opportunities to all Wilsonart and Wilsonart Partner customers. Wilsonart FabU provides instruction on all Wilsonart products, general use of Wilsonart products, fabrication and installation information and hands-on opportunities. Attendees will be provided fundamental teaching through Wilsonart FabU classes to support the entry level carpentry individual, while also providing enhanced product knowledge, carpentry skills, advancements in equipment and tooling, and fab tips to the advanced carpenter.

The Wilsonart Ambassador training instructor group along with our tooling and equipment vendor partners retain over 300 years of experience.

The symposium will offer attendees a rotating schedule, shown below. Each rotation will provide a different station offering education on product knowledge and fabrication techniques for:

Basic Laminate, Postformed Laminate, Decorative Edges, Specialty Laminates, Compact (SPC), SOLICOR, Adhesives, Solid Surface

About the Speakers:

Billy Joe Billeck grew up in a Wilsonart family, as his father was one of the first employees in 1956, and worked another 33 years. Billy Joe started his career 31 years ago at the SWR warehouse, while attending college; after graduation, he was hired full time in 1990. One of his first jobs at Wilsonart was to travel to Bend, Oregon where he learned the process of Custom Edge, and moved it back to Temple. Billy Joe is currently a Product Specialist in the Technology department, and does various assignments as needed.

Billy Joe loves to hunt and fish, spending time with family, and Saturday football games.
Gabriel Feliciano is the Northeast (NJ/DE) Sales Rep and Quartz Specialist for Wilsonart, and has over 25 years’ experience in hard surfacing products and cabinetry, including owning and operating a high volume Quartz and Granite fabrication facility. His passion is helping people and sharing what he has learned over the many years.

For the last 9 years, he and his wife of 19 years have run a ministry for the homeless. One of his greatest joys is giving back to others. On his downtime, Gabe loves to travel and enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children, and 2 dogs.
A 31-year veteran at Wilsonart,Herman Ratliff has spent the body of his career as a Wilsonart Technical Services Representative. A once student of manufacturing and mechanical engineering technology, Herman spent the former part of his tenure as a Mechanical Technician for the Laminate and Adhesives manufacturing plants in Temple, TX. In his role today, Herman is responsible for servicing customers across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southwest Regions of N.A., in addition to supporting the national Postforming Segment. Growing up in the Friendship State, Herman values the close relationships he’s built all over the world throughout his career at Wilsonart, but finds that his greatest joy comes from watching his children reach important milestones in their lives.
Jason Lambert is the Product Manager for Compact Laminate at Wilsonart.  Drawn to Wilsonart’s family culture, Jason started his career 21 years ago in the Pressing department, and shortly thereafter moved into the Solid Surface department. Over the last two decades, he has sharpened his knowledge of the solid surface market as a field specialist, and further refined his expertise in the role of project management. Today, Jason works across the wider organization to source, promote, and expand the Compact Laminate product line. A jack-of-all-trades, Jason has been married to his wife Misty for 18 years, and spends his down time hunting, fishing, running half marathons, and spending time with his twin boys.
Koy Richter has been with Wilsonart for 28 years, starting in the Cut-to-Size department at the old “Temple South” manufacturing facility. He has worked and advanced in the company in various areas of Manufacturing, the Product Quality Lab as a Process Control Technician, the Color Lab, and is currently a Technical Representative for the Technical Services Department.

Koy enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and is a big fan of the Temple Wildcats, Texas Longhorns, and Dallas Cowboys.
For the last 21 years, Randy Parcus has been an integral part of Wilsonart.  After graduating from Temple College with an A.A.S. degree in Computer Science, Randy began his manufacturing career in Wilsonart’s call center and has since honed his expertise by holding various positions across the company as the claims administrator, field specialist and, most recently, as the Technical and Fabrication Services Rep.

In his current role, Randy provides technical and fabrication support to customers at the distributor and fabricator level. He also conducts site visits for customers who are looking for evaluation and resolution. An avid Cowboys and Longhorns fan, Randy enjoys kicking off quality time with his wife and two kids.  True to his love for family, his favorite aspect of working at Wilsonart is the relationships he has gained throughout the years.
Rae Maddux is currently the National Sales Manager for Adhesives at Wilsonart. He’s been with the company for 24 years, and has experience in the Laminate, Solid Surface, and Custom Edge products.

Rae spends most of his weekends hunting and camping with his family.
Richard (Rico) Conde started his career 30 years ago at Ralph Wilson Plastics (1986) in the Assembly department at the Temple South facility. He has worked and advanced through the company by working in the Product Quality Lab at Temple North, Solid Surface Product Specialist, Solid Surface Sales Associate, Solid Surface Warranty, Technical Services, Sink Product Manager and currently holds the position of Manager of Technical & Fabrication Services at Wilsonart.

Rico’s loves include God and family, holidays, coaching soccer and basketball, and watching the Texas Longhorns & Dallas Cowboys!
Robert Guerra started his career with Wilsonart in April of 1997, at the R&D facility. In 2000, he moved to the Technology/R&D facility as a research technician, where he was first introduced to Solid Surface. Robert’s duties included material testing, adhesives, and sink evaluation, which eventually lead to learning the fabrication of Solid Surface. In 2005, he transitioned to the Specialty Products and Sinks division, where he performed QC of all specialty products. Robert currently holds the position of Product Development Specialist in the Technology/PPI department, where his duties include training in Solid Surface, Quartz, HPL, TFL, and Specialty Products. He also supports the Design and Sales and Marketing departments for showcasing all Wilsonart Products.

Robert loves spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, and watching sports.
