IWF moves forward with 700 plus Exhibitors and positive results from a recent survey of previous IWF buyers

ATLANTA, GA, USA — IWF 2010 will be held August 25-28, 2010 at the Georgia World Congress in Atlanta, Georgia USA. More than 700 contracted exhibitors have made the decision that IWF will continue to give their business the best opportunity to achieve their sales & marketing objectives for 2010.

These exhibiting companies from all over the world have made a commitment to IWF and the industry to showcase the best technology, ideas, and education available to the marketplace. Industry professionals know their road from recovery to thriving again in the marketplace will be made possible by the companies that are investing in the industry now to secure a strong future in all wood and non-wooded based sectors.

Thousands of key decision-makers invest their time and money to visit IWF every two years for the most informative 4 days of answers to the industry’s challenges.

IWF conducted an electronic attendance interest survey on December 14th  to previous attendees of the 2006 and 2008 Fairs. “It’s difficult out there and we understand the challenges everyone is facing as the whole industry looks for ways to move from treading water to heading upstream. The fact is we have 700 companies so far that are making a strong statement by deciding to invest their marketing dollars in IWF 2010 to reach their potential buyers and we will do everything we can to ensure they do,” said Riccardo Azzoni, IWF 2010 Chairman and President of Atlantic Machinery Corporation, based in New Millford, Connecticut.

”There are exhibitors who have had to make some very difficult choices, and we understand that and respect their decisions and look forward to these companies exhibiting at IWF again in the future.  We have a commitment to the industry to showcase the best the industry has to offer in machinery, supplies and services and we will continue to do what we have always done which is to bring buyers and exhibitors together at IWF,” commented Patrick LaFramboise President & CEO of the International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture and Supply Fair-USA®.

“Industry leaders need a strong event where they can see new products, get training and network with their peers. IWF is the place where the industry meets, and be assured, attendees will find what they need at IWF and exhibitors will continue to see the most qualified buying audience in the industry,” added Azzoni.
