IWF 2010 Exhibitor Housing Is Open To All Contracted Exhibitors

Look for your login information in your confirmation packet from IWF 2010 and use the link to the right to begin your housing request.

The Seniority Housing Process ended November 16, 2009.  Housing is now open for all exhibitors and reservation requests can be made online, by phone (888-843-7808 or 972-349-5823 for international) or by fax, using the individual or group housing reservation forms.

IWF 2010 uses a seniority housing system to help streamline the housing request process for exhibitors.  The seniority system for exhibitor housing requests is based on the number of years a company has been a contracted exhibitor in IWF.  Exhibitor reservation requests will be assigned in descending order with those companies participating the longest being assigned first.

Remember, the online process is a request for rooms for IWF 2010 and not a real time reservation system.  You will be notified of the status of your request by email within 72 hours.
