Exhibiting at IWF is easy and it is one of the most affordable shows in the industry. If you have products for the woodworking, furniture manufacturing, material processing and related wood and non-wood industries such as solid surfaces, concrete, granite, stone, metal, glass, advanced materials or plastics industries, you don't want to miss IWF.
How do I apply for Exhibit space?
Space sales are now open to new and returning companies on a first come / first serve basis. To sign-up to exhibit at IWF 2012, follow these steps:
1. First review the information on this page and in the links to the left regarding costs, discounts, rules and display regulations.
2. Next, review the floorplans and choose an available exhibit space in the location you prefer.
3. Download the Exhibit Space Application/Contract, complete your company information, your booth choices, sign it and fax it to our offices at (404) 693-8350. Exhibit Space Assignment Procedures (Back to Index)
Initial assignment of exhibit space for past IWF exhibitors will be based on a Priority Point System, which is determined by seniority and size of exhibit space. Seniority is calculated by assigning one point for each show that the exhibitor has contracted for space starting with 1970. If the exhibitor has missed two or more shows in a row, all seniority is lost. Size of exhibit space is determined by the amount of square footage that was used during IWF 2010 or IWF 2008 if that was the last show participated in.
Once exhibit space has been contracted, any reduction in space will result in no seniority point being awarded to the Exhibitor's Priority Status for that show.
IWF exhibitors with priority points must submit exhibit space applications by the postmarked deadline date of March 28, 2011, to be assigned in the Priority Group Assignment. The postmark must be by an official government post office or overnight delivery service, not a company postage meter. After this postmark date all applications will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, after exhibitors in the priority group have been assigned.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Exhibits will be limited to those companies or other entities offering machinery, materials, products or services of specific interest to buyers/attendees. Only new machinery may be exhibited. New state of the art technology may be displayed and/or demonstrated on a used machine, as long as the new technology and not the used, refurbished or remanufactured machine is the main focus of the exhibit. Management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product for display.
--------------------------------------------
Management reserves the right to reconfigure the floor plan in the best interest of IWF 2012. Changes will be made only if deemed necessary to further the overall interest of the show. The aisle space in the exhibit area is not for sale and cannot be covered, carpeted or otherwise incorporated into an exhibit space.
----------------------------------------------------------------
IMPORTANT: Before selecting your exhibit space, study the floor plan carefully. Read the display regulations, determine the exhibit space configuration that will accommodate your display materials, and select your space.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Multi-story exhibits (double-decker displays) are permitted in island space configurations only and must cover at least 20% of the space. There will be an additional charge per square foot for the elevated area utilized. (See the Display Regulations section of the Exhibitor Information Manual for more information.)
