- Exhibitor Manual and Online Ordering – Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and click on the Exhibitor Manual and Online Ordering tile to access the manual for your show services.

- Freight Arrival & Removal assigned schedules – Available NOW. Each exhibitor has an Assigned Freight Move-In and Move-Out scheduled date. Log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and click on Assigned Freight Arrival & Removal Schedules.

| |
- Exhibitor Checklist including Important Dates and Deadlines is available on the Exhibitor Dashboard. Stay on track while planning for the show.

- Exhibitor Housing and Badge Registration is OPEN – Log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard to request badges and manage your hotel accommodations.
|
|
|

|

- Guest Passes – Available February 1. Log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard –Registration & Housing tile and click on “Manage Guest Passes” to invite your best customers to IWF for FREE! Your customer will receive an email invitation from you with a unique link granting free show badge registration. Each exhibitor receives a number of complimentary guest passes based on your booth size; additional Guest Passes can be purchased for $5.00 each.

- Beware of Housing Pirates – Maritz Global Events is the ONLY official housing provider for IWF. If you are contacted by a travel company other than Maritz Global events, please email Liz Hosp at IWF.

- The Qualified Distributor Program is OPEN – You can begin inviting your distributors. The program has been revamped to make it easier for you to invite your distributors and for your distributor to register for the show. Please be sure to invite your distributors EARLY so they can take advantage of the program! For more information, click here.

- The 2022 IWF Challengers Award Competition celebrating new and innovative technologies for the woodworking industry is NOW ACCEPTING ENTRIES! The deadline to enter is April 4th.
