- Hotel Lottery Deadline Is October 29, 2021
IWF uses a lottery drawing to assign rooms at the hotels located very close to the Georgia World Congress Center and therefore in high demand. Learn how to register your company for the Hotel Lottery here. The Hotel Lottery Entry Form can be downloaded here.

- Beware Unauthorized Housing Companies
Housing companies contacting you pretending or implying to represent IWF with "too good to be true" deals may not be legitimate and/or may carry hidden risks and fees. A limited list of unauthorized housing companies can be found here. Maritz Global Events is the only official housing partner for IWF.

- Move-In & Move-Out Assigned Freight Schedules for IWF 2022
Show move-in begins Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 8:00am and move-out will begin Friday, August 26, 2022 at 2:00pm. Each exhibitor will have an Assigned Freight Move-In and Move-Out scheduled date. Detailed schedules will be available soon.

- Education Conference Proposal Deadline Is November 5, 2021

- IWF 2022 Payment #2 is due tomorrow October 5, 2021. Did you know that you can make your payments online by logging in to your Exhibitor Dashboard OR you can pay by ACH? IWF bank information is shown on the last page of your invoice.
