- Mark your calendar--April 20th from 2:00-2:30pm EDT - IWF and Map Your Show is hosting an exhibitor webinar. Learn how attendees will use the myIWF Show Planner and mobile app; why myIWF Show Planner is an important tool and what important attendee information you can plan to receive back from the show planner. Watch for your invite or REGISTER NOW-CLICK HERE and secure your spot for this important demonstration.

- WIN PERKS by assigning names to your hotel rooms by April 22nd! Complete your IWF hotel block by assigning your personnel to the rooms you have reserved and releasing any unused room nights by April 22, 2022, and you will be entered in a sweepstakes drawing for a free night or room upgrade, bonus points or other prize from the hotel. Rooms must be assigned prior to June 22nd or they will be released back into the available pool.

- Purchase parking permits by logging into your Exhibitor Dashboard and click on Parking. RV and oversized vehicle parking will be located at the Marshalling Yard lot. Extended parking and discount overnight packages are also available.

- To include your company is included in the upcoming Preview Guide Issue #2 and the Official Show Directory, please make sure you complete your company profile. 1) Login to your Exhibitor Dashboard, 2) click on Exhibitor Checklist and 3) scroll down to Review and update your company details.

- Order your badges…Registration is OPEN! Login to your Exhibitor Dashboard and click on the Registration & Housing tile.

- Exhibitor Appointed Contractors – If you hire any vendor other than our Official Contractors, you must register each company as an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) . To learn more, view the Exhibitor Appointed Guidelines by clicking HERE. Deadline to register is July 22, 2022.
EAC’s will not be allowed to work in any exhibitor booth for which documentation and/or payment has not been received by deadline.
