It has been brought to IWF show management’s attention that a company named the Source Group, LLC is aggressively soliciting the IWF 2022 exhibitors to purchase a listing in a publication named “Woodworking Industry News”. The Source Group, LLC has no affiliation with IWF and is not an approved vendor/partner for the IWF 2022 show. IWF has no plan to approve any publication from the Source Group, LLC, for distribution at the IWF 2022 show or in any of the hotels contracted with IWF for the 2022 show. • To include your company is included in the upcoming Preview Guide Issue #2 and the Official Show Directory, please make sure you complete your company profile. 1) Login to your Exhibitor Dashboard, 2) click on Exhibitor Checklist and 3) scroll down to Review and update your company details.

• Order your badges…Registration is OPEN! Login to your Exhibitor Dashboard and click on the Registration & Housing tile.

• WIN PERKS by assigning names to your hotel rooms by April 22nd! Complete your IWF hotel block by assigning your personnel to the rooms you have reserved and releasing any unused room nights by April 22, 2022, and you will be entered in a sweepstakes drawing for a free night or room upgrade, bonus points or other prize from the hotel. Rooms must be assigned prior to June 22nd or they will be released back into the available pool.

• Exhibitor Appointed Contractors – If you hire any vendor other than our Official Contractors, you must register each company as an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC). To learn more, view the Exhibitor Appointed Guidelines by clicking HERE. Deadline to register is July 22, 2022.
  EAC’s will not be allowed to work in any exhibitor booth for which documentation and/or payment has not been received by deadline.

• Beware of Housing Pirates – Housing companies contacting you pretending or implying to represent IWF with "too good to be true" deals may not be legitimate and/or may carry hidden risks and fees. See this limited list of unauthorized housing companies. Maritz Global Events is the ONLY official housing provider for IWF.
