Jeffrey is the pioneer of engineered concrete countertops and has over twenty years of experience with cutting-edge civil engineering.
Girard’s mission is to raise the standard for concrete countertops through quality guidelines, industry best practices, and comprehensive education. To accomplish this goal, he established The Concrete Countertop Institute in early 2004.
