Practical structure to accommodate for all material and labor content of your projects, and then insights into ways to apply that structure to Estimates and Proposals to make sure every project is profitable (there is a difference in an Estimate and a Proposal). We will spend a liberal amount of time discussing overhead, and how to apply that overhead appropriately. We will also spend a goodly amount of time on the implications of sales levels that exceed the level that pays your overhead (the good), and the inverse, sales levels that do not cover your overhead (the dreaded two headed bad and ugly).
